MS raises shoe money

The Middle School’s One Day Without Shoes project raised $306 to purchase shoes. According to Meagan Brown, MS English teacher, the funds along with help from Tyler’s Racquet & Jog allowed the group to purchase 11 pairs of TOMS.

With TOMS’ one-for-one mission, the MS students were able to give shoes to 22 children. The TOMS will be given to the Bullard Mission House for distribution.

Ms. Brown said, “We want to thank our wonderful administration and superintendent for allowing us to go barefoot for a day to raise awareness for children around the world. Thank you for making a difference.”
