Bullard Belles and Pom Squad Perform with Kilgore Rangerettes

The BHS Bullard Belles and the BMS Pom Squad celebrated a milestone in history with the 75th Anniversary of the Kilgore College Rangerettes, the first precision dance/drill team. The Rangerettes first director and creator was Gussie Nell Davis. Her vision of incorporating precision dance during halftime has spread not only throughout the U.S. but internationally as well. Today teams throughout Japan, Austrailia, China, South Africa, and Europe reflect
her legacy.
The Belles and Pom Squad were featured performers as they performed during the pre-game of the Kilgore College vs. Blinn College game on Saturday October 18th. They joined approximately 300 dancers from the East Texas area in honor of the 75th Anniversary of the Kilgore Rangerettes and Precision Dance.
