Overall, there were 51 high schools that competed and Bullard finished 3rd in the team standings, only 4.80 pounds out of 1st place.

The THSBA yearly awards banquet held on Saturday night at Whitehouse High School.  Kevin Haugh and Colton Hatcher finished the year in 2nd place in the East Division Angler of the Year standings out of 202 teams.  Will McAllister and Colby Fergeson finished in 6thplace in the East Division Angler of the Year standings out of 202 teams.   Colby Fergeson was named the THSBA East Division Rookie of the Year for the 2014-2015 season.  He beat out over 400 students in the East Division to win that award.

Congratulations to all these young men. We are proud of your accomplishments.

Wear Red and Support Van ISD

On Wednesday, May 13, students and teachers are encouraged to wear RED to show support of Van ISD. Teachers may pay $3 to wear jeans as well. All money collected will go to Van ISD.

The Bullard FFA is still collecting donations of toiletries, water, diapers, formula, non-perishable foods, dog and cat food, and monetary donations. All checks must be made out to Van ISD. If you would like to make a donation, please drop it off at the Bullard Ag barn.

Let’s show our support of Van ISD by wearing RED tomorrow.
