Panther Pals mentoring program connects the district’s oldest and youngest Panthers
Bullard ISD is piloting a new student-to-student mentoring program called Panther Pals. Through Panther Pals, 23 Bullard High School juniors and seniors are serving as mentors to 23 pre-k and kindergarten students at the Bullard Early Childhood (BEC) Campus.

Jenny Kasson- Bullard Elementary PrincipalWelcome to Bullard Elementary! We are excited for the 2022-2023 school year. This is my 20th year in education and my 13th year as a campus administrator. I spent my first 13 years of my career in the Austin area where I worked for the Round Rock Independent School District as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and principal. In 2016, I returned to the East Texas area which is home to me and fell in love with Bullard ISD. This is an amazing district with such an involved, dedicated community. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two very active boys who are Bullard ISD students. The Bullard Elementary Staff is truly the best around and is committed to ensuring all students grow and succeed!

The English Learner Support Division is EXCITED to announce that we have launched the newly designed ELLTX.ORG web portal for supporting English learners in Texas. The portal NOW introduces resources for parents and families of English learners and a NEW strand focusing on building community partnerships. This innovated portal provides a one stop shop approach for all stakeholders to access state and federal guidance and web-based resources to boost student outcomes. We NOW offer a translation feature to toggle between the top languages in Texas.
