Welcome to 6th Grade Reading! My name is Kristen Haynes and I am so excited for this school year.  This is my 12th year in education. I grew up in East Texas, received a B.S. in Education from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and a M. ED in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin University. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 13 years and we have 2 little boys.  My husband, Josh, is a firefighter in Kilgore, Lawson is in 4th Grade and Landry is in Pre-K.
