During the regular December board meeting, Trustees recognized the accomplishments of our outstanding students and staff. 

The District Students of the Month for December are Lizzy Ward, a second-grader at Bullard Primary School, and Read Blakeney, a senior at Bullard High School. Watch this video to learn more about Lizzy and Read.

The Employee of the Month program, sponsored by Cooperative Teachers Credit Union, recognizes a Bullard ISD employee who illustrates the District’s mission of building relationships, inspiring learning, serving our community, and developing character. 

Our Employee of the Month is Mrs. Jane Hall, is a dyslexia specialist for the district. Mrs. Hall is one who always goes above and beyond for anyone and everyone on her campuses.  She builds relationships with all students, even those she does not teach, and she will rearrange her whole day to meet with students at a time that is most convenient for them.  Congratulations, Mrs. Hall!

BHS senior Riley Wilbur created the artwork for the district Christmas card. Using pen and watercolor, her festive designs were featured on the front and back of the card. Great job, Riley!

BHS Theatre's production of Peter and the Starcatcher was a huge success. The cast and crew put in a lot of hours to prepare, and their hard work paid off! Congrats to our BHS Theatre students and their teachers, Kati McKinney and Maddie Beam!
