I would like to thank you for your interest in the Bullard Independent School District Police Department.  It is an honor to serve the students, staff, and community of Bullard.  As a father of children in the district, and a husband of an employee in the district, I have a vested interest in the safety and security of our facilities, our processes, and our procedures to ensure each student and staff member is provided with a learning environment free from concerns about safety.  Also, each Officer in the Department has children in the district, ensuring the same vested interest in safety and security.  I am proud of the job these officers do on a daily basis, not only for their commitment to safety but also for their commitment to developing positive relationships to help guide these young people as they pursue their educational opportunities on the way to realizing their full potential.

The Bullard ISD Police Department recognizes the trust you have placed in us by sending us your children each day to be educated.  Our mission is to Serve the community by upholding the Constitution of the United States by enforcing federal, state, and local laws; to Protect the fundamental rights of all students and staff, and secure all district facilities to create a safe and secure learning environment; and to Educate our students and staff to empower them to embrace their future as productive citizens of society.  We strive to utilize technology, qualified personnel, and a proactive policing approach to foster relationships to prevent criminal activity, bullying, or cyberbullying in our schools.

To be effective in this mission, we need the commitment of our parents, guardians, and community members to build a partnership together based on trust and mutual respect in which we continually work together to provide fair, unbiased, honest, and transparent decisions in the resolution of issues in the best interest of our students, staff, district, and community.
